Peter is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend him to everyone! The self-cleaning feature of our KitchenAid oven blew a fuse and shutdown. We scheduled an appt with Peter and the minute he walked in, he knew exactly what was wrong. Not only is Peter friendly, but he's honest and stands by his work.

Very prompt, polite and knowledgable service! Called in the morning after our fridge smoke something (compressor?). Otto came out to investigate and found it was a couple of simple relays (not the compressor) were blown. He had the parts and the fridge was running again quickly! very very happy!
