I had the best experience at Smithstoreit. The manager was friendly and helpful. He helped me pick out a unit that was in my price range an helped me unload some of my stuff from my vehicle. He stated that his number is one where he can be reached at any time in case I needed something. I felt safe because he lives on the property, it has a gate and has security cameras It was just a good overall experience. I would recommend it to anybody.

They even have individual door alarms. It's clean and modern with a big sales lobby with supplies and boxes I needed.

I have been using them since March 2005.
The manager was a friendly lady but in 2006 a new manager came her name is Ms. Gerry; she happens to be extremely rude and unprofessional person. Her style is more like a street brawler. Every time I go to the location I see her arguing or fighting with some tenant.

Once I went and found an extra lock on my storage door, the store custodian was shocked and said your rent is paid why has she put on it, on asking her she rudely said we can put lock any time we elect, when refused her logic she said sorry but very next time I went to pay my bill, she was the most unprofessional person to deal with, she thought "claimed "I was another customer and kept or being rude I told her she is mistaken showed her my ID but she kept on going even the custodian tried to correct her, finally she pulled my account was shocked apologized but during this time released all personal detail of another tenant which is illegal. I do not recommend this business
