Great Customer Service:
dont get mad little kid. they are just doing their job. you have to be 18 to shop, not just to buy. you gonna get mad once you're old enough to go to bars, if they ID you at the door, not just when you want to buy a beer?
anyway, every one of the staff is friendly and helpful. this is the only store I can find that carries General Snus, and they always have it in stock.

Poor Customer Service:
Clerk is a dick . . .on some power trip. Asked for ID soon as you take one step in store . . .instead of asking for it the point of purchase. Good way to put off your customers. Takes the "Friendly" out of Smoker Friendly.
