Smokin' Joe's attracts a mixed crowd, everything from college students to 30-something couples. The bar has one of the largest selections of domestic and imported beers in the Pittsburgh area. The drinks are served at a long bar that sports lots of wood and brass. The downstairs is always crowded, and somewhat noisy. The upstairs bar seems like a different place. It is much quieter and cozier....
