We have had the storage unit for almost 2 years and thing were okay until we don't need the storage and stop renting from them. Our automated billing paid them an extra month of rent after we have cancelled the service. That was back in early April 2009. When we first contacted them about the over payment, they said that they will mail the check back to us. 1 monthly later no check in the mail with the check already cashed. Stopped by the store on a weekend and the manager/person in charge was not there. Called and left a few voice mails during the week and still have not heard back from them. Now is mid June 2009.
