We went in to buy a good pair of soccer shoes for my 14 yo son. The salesman steered us away from what we came in to buy, and towards a pair of Nikes. (It turns out the pair he sold us was for $210 was "last year's model", and on it's way on sale, so he probably wanted to sell it at the higher price before they had to lower it.) The cleats came off the shoe, and it ripped before the soccer season even began, after only summer practice! I took it back to the store. The store owner woudln't even come out to talk to me about it. He sent the teen salesman to tell me I had to ship it back to nike. He would not take any responsibility for it. I had to figure out where and how to ship it back myself, and it took me 8 weeks to get a response from them. We're 3 weeks away from the end of the season and my son played the whole season with last years cleats, because this store owner wouldn't act in good faith and exchange the shoes for us. That's bad business. I'm a terribly busy working mom who drove 30 mins out of my way to get to this store becuz this is where my son wanted to buy. I'll never drive there again, and encourage you not to shop there either! Even if you get a good price, it's not so good if they don't stand behind their products!
