Walked in with my 10 year old son to return a jersey because the lettering was coming off. Was dismissed by the manager who said it was a defect and I need to contact the manufacturer. I replied that cant be right. "Shouldnt they take the jersey and deal with their rep instead "? I then asked for the owner , who immediately goes off on me saying Im threatening him and kicks me out. I reminded him that Ive bought hundreds of dollars worth of gear from his store a year. He said it didnt matter and to get out of his store. So me and my boy left. I now have to deal with Nike to get a refund. So buyer beware ! they wont stand by their product and will kick you out for good measure...
