Horrible service...horrible attitude...horrible compliance with POMS...just horrible!

These people are unproffesional, and unorganized. They lose ur personal documents with your important information as well as SS#.'s, they lie about money that should be paid to you. I was told that I should not receive anymore payments for my son's dedicated acct., only to find out I was never paid the last payment of 1600.00, and still have not received it after being told to reopen the savings acct. for the funds to be deposited. I payed $300.00 to reopen the acct., and I am still waiting after being told that the payment will be processed like 4 times already, only to be told "when inquiring again" that there is no such payment in the system. I must say this branch straight up sucks like a baby nursing mommy's milk!!!!!
