Uninformed and negligent staff:
It took asking all three staff members working that day to tell me the price tags for the betta fish were wrong. One of the staff members walked away when I asked why one of the betta fish bowls was murky. Another told me that it was leftover food that had decayed in there and that they would change the water the next day.
I could tell these employees just did not care.
