Not a very good experience with this company:
My problems were mostly with Robert Smith. He said he was the owner but later I was told that he's only half owner. He came with his high tech machinery to measure. I had the kitchen and 3 bathrooms done. At that time he told me that I would be responsible for removing and replacing all 4 sinks. Not only was that going to cost me with a plumber but possibly render me without water for 3 days. The installers came on the wrong day to install and when I told them that the plumber was not scheduled until the following day, they were perplexed and told me that they were responsible for the sink removals. Ok so I let that slide thinking Mr. Smith didn't know what he was talking about. Upon installing the kitchen counter, the measurements were off and half of 2 light switches were covered by the granite. Mind you that they advertise that their state of the art digital input gives you an accuracy within 1/32 inches. The error with my outlets was of a much greater margin. Eric, the other owner who was very nice and polite, came out and said there was nothing they could do and I could Utube it to learn how to cut the light plates so as to fit them. I was a little stunned so I called the following day. I spoke with Robert Smith. He was so rude on the phone. He kept interrupting me and yelling "ma'am" over and over again. He ultimately hung up on me. The man has an anger management problem. I've never been treated so badly especially since I was spending $4000 there. They did finally (3 weeks later) fix the light plates. I will say that the installers, Eric and Stephanie were super nice and professional. I can not say that I would recommend this company based on the experience I had with Smith.
