I don't even know where to turn for help. I have a project that was stopped in the middle until we pay more. These incompetent people don't even show up the times they say they will and the work seems shoddy at best. I went and talked to our city hall for help, and it turns out Solo Air didn't even apply for a permit like they said they would. Now I'm dealing with city hall and this company in a home without a properly working heating and cooling unit. I'm so angry, but I don't even know what to do.

I would rather pay someone to put in a completely new system than deal with these crooks again. Highly unprofessional and a level of dishonesty that is off the charts. If you try to confront the owner about anything, he starts yelling at you in a threatening way, it's scary.

Our units are incorrectly sized according to my brother in law who installs heating and air conditioning Indiana. So not only does our system cycle for really long times, but we also find it is tripping breakers constantly.

Sorry excuse for a business.

How can this place even still be in business? They are nice until it comes time for the money. First the price changed the day they came to do the work, a few days after they gave us an estimate. Second, the "deposit" I made to them, suddenly wasn't enough to start the work. Third, it appears that someone dumped their ashtray in my driveway in the same area their van was parked. Who does that? I also found cigarettes in my basement where they were working.

For some absurd reason, I still had them start the work on our home, only to find them promising to come back to finish the job and never doing so. Trying to call the owner is worthless, he must screen calls, he never answers. When I finally called from another number, and he answered, he told me he would come first thing tomorrow but never did. This happened for months! I even called the police, but they said this is something that has to be resolved in court. I really don't understand why anyone should have to go to court for a job you pay someone to do.

I really regret doing business with Solo Air. I think I've actually lost sleep and some of my hair because of this. :/ The worst part about this all, is when I called someone else to estimate what it would take to finish the work, they told me the equipment used was a terrible brand and undersized for our home. Great!

We hired this company to heat and cool my elderly mother. Chris and his team installed units that are not proper for the space and has never resolved the problem. The system is less than one year old and he has not fixed the problem after multiple calls, texts, emails. We also don't have money to pay thousands of dollars again. He also has told us that we have done something to the units every time he has sent people to service it. Please do not use this company. They use big names and TV shows to advertise their business in Facebook. Those companies ought to be contacted to let them know what type of real business is being ran here.
