Terrible Support:
We went with them from DemandForce because of the support model. Now, it seems we don't have a dedicated rep like we used to; we can never reach them. The only way to get anyone is to call the support line. And now they all have terrible attitudes and seem to hate their jobs. I don't know what happened over the last few months, but it's awful! I'm glad our contract ended. We are gone! It's too bad too because for years we loved them!
I would give them zero stars if I could!
