Horrible ethics and way overpriced... Shop around first!:
I woke very sick and called immediately to cancel an appointment. They said I would pay as cancellation fee regardless of how ill I was. I said that I was vomiting regularly and they reminded me that I had signed papers saying I understood their cancellation policy. I went to the appointment and had to interrupt treatment to vomit. It turned out that I had the flu and probably spread it all over the clinic. Apparently, they are much more concerned about money and policy than the welfare of their clients.
