this is the worst place to purchase flowers.my husband bought me flower from this place online through FTD. it was Valentines Day so its the most busiest day of the year for floral shops so i understand that it was going to be a busy long day. The worst part about this place is that the deliver lady didn't have a valid driver license. she text me that her license was expire and could not get onto ft bliss base. text me to come to gate and pick up on own flowers. this was valentines day and this floral shop had the nerve to hire someone with a expired license and told me to pick up my own flowers at the base gate. i was so mad i went to the floral shop itself and when i ask for a manager a lady came up and she didn't even speak English for me to talk to. some guy then came up and i explain and complain and he say "whats the problem, what do you want me to do, you got your flowers right?" OMG this just drew the line. i asked him, do he not see the problem...and i explained again that today on Valentines day i had to pick up my own F***** flowers because his employee didn't have a valid driver license. he then admit that was wrong on his part for not checking on employees license but i'm sure it was just to shut me up. they offer me other flowers but what was the point now. they already had ruin Valentines for me...thanks you guys suck!!!
