Worst Service Ever:
I went for a oil change service for my mercedes. Not sure whether or not they did the service since the service indicator still says:"Service A pass due". The owner/service guy did not mention the fact that they DO NOT KNOW how to reset the service indicator when I picked up my car. Once I found out about it, I went to the shop and was told that "We DO NOT know how to do it. There is nothing we can do." I asked the owner to give me a partial refund since the service is not completed. They refused to do so! The customer service is horrible.
The bottem line is that this shop claims that they are specialized in German cars, but yet do not even know how to reset service indicator! That leaves me a question that "Did they really do the oil change?"
