The tagline for this review site says "there are winners and there are losers" and this store comes out as the biggest LOSER of all. Two years ago, our experience with them was GREAT. Three days ago, it was appalling. After speaking to a CSR on the phone, we were told that they pay the highest prices by far, of anyone (this was true two years ago). So, on Saturday, June 28, 2014 we drove the 3 HOUR trek from Bellingham to Puyallup. We arrived an hour early to make sure we had plenty of time to do our business transactions. Their website states on Saturdays they are open until 5:00 p.m. We arrived at 3:55 p.m, after driving 3+ hours to find a store that was CLOSED. Now, this in and of itself, is frankly, BS but to make matters worse I struggle with a chronic illness that makes even daily activities, a huge challenge. This type of car ride will put me in bed for several days. However, we trusted them and respected them based on our experience 2 years ago, and knew we would be paid well for our gold. I immediately sent them 2 emails and left them a voicemail explaining my personal situation and the predicament they had put me in with incorrect business hours listed on their website. But lo and behold, THREE days later I have still not heard from them! No apology, NOTHING. I have recommended them to people for a couple years as the BEST place to go and now, sadly, I have to give them the big L for LOSERS. To make that drive and the profound physical pain it caused me and to not hear back from them, is beyond appalling. Who handles customer service like that? People that do not have character and integrity, that's who. Please do not support people who do not have ethics. There are many other places you can go, who care about not harming their customers.

I was look at coin. The owner is not friendly. He look at you like you don't have any money get out of here and he hovers around you when you looking at the coin.
