They do everything quick and cheap, do not supervise their work, hire incompetent subcontractors who do shoddy work and then try to duck the consequences. They have zero business ethics, do not stand behind their work, have no professionalism or even human decency and when their poor unfortuante client complains about their work, they will ignore phone calls and letters and leave the poor client holding the bag. They claim to be "engineers" but are NOT licensed engineers. The Texas Board of Professional Engineers, the state licensing authority, has never heard of them. They are cheats and liars and that they are permitted to do any sort of contracting or build houses is a travesty.
