Southampton Village Justice Ct

Located within the Southampton Village Police headquarters, the Southampton Village Justice Court was founded in 2002. Before that, the village used the Southampton Town court system to handle its cases. The village court can prosecute violations, infractions and misdemeanors. Felonies cases are forwarded to Suffolk County Criminal Court. The current village justice is Barbara Wilson.
