This company is about as shady as it gets. They have numerous complaints against them at the state attorneys office and BBB of Alabama for shady tactics. It's well known that they pocket $100 dollar boot fees on unsuspecting guests at every condo unit they "patrol" in the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach communities. They split fees with their employees. This is a cash incentive friendly program that is aggressively enforced and extremely predatory against the rental/guest base that visits this area. I wonder if this company reports the cash they are taking from the public? You should avoid any rental institution that employees them as security.
