Thugs:

This is a company run by illiterate thugs; No decorum. Don't expect civility from thugs; use their language. Someone at Cambridge Public schools must be connected to one of the idiots with major shares in this profit scheme gambling with the lives of special needs kids. I do not see how else they would continue to hold the transport contract with the complaints lodged against them DAILY! I am initiating a campaign to boycott their services.
