Please do NOT trust this bike shop, they are Amateurs!! I brought my bike in there to get fixed and after paying $55 and them telling me that it is quote; All set to go, I take it for a ride in my development and boom everything comes apart. So after taking the bike back to the shop to get them to fix it, they basically yelled at me and told me that it was MY fault somehow even though I rode it on the pavement during a dry day. So now I'm left with a $175 broken derailleur and a very bad taste in my mouth. These mechanics do NOT know what they are doing, please save your money and go somewhere else. The prices my seem more reasonable than the competition but that is how they trick you into going there. You get what you pay for in the bike industry and this place will give you cheap customer service and a cheap experience, one that could even cost you more money in the end like it did to me. I got screwed royally by this place and it will cost me almost $200 to get it fixed, all I ask is that you learn from my experience and go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I should have known they were complete idiots when they couldn't even tell me the proper air pressure to put in my tires!!
