Dishonest ,inflated bids. Substandard work at best. They do not finish work in a timely matter. Bottom line save yourself a lot of grief and go else where. I wish I had.

Please readers beware of the new owner (Rob) of Splash, Pool & Spa on Via Este here in Sonora. They are in my opinion unethical and dishonest! - I called and 4+ weeks later a tech finally showed up (very nice) however we were promised diagnose and report for a charge of $95. NO CALL/NO ESTIMATE. 6 weeks after that the owner decides on his own to order a new pump ("because it had been sitting on the bench so long" - his exact words when I confronted him on the phone about unauthorized work) and had a tech install a new pump (never got to shop price or compare value) and then hands a bill to my wife for $500 and tells her she can pay half (why? because he knew we never authorized the repair). I never authorized anything other than a service charge to diagnose and report. Then when we try to address the matter the owner drags it out for a few more months. Finally after we sent an email and threat of small claims court for the unauthorized repair the owner shows up unannounced, opens our front gate, comes onto our patio and rips off the cover to our hot tub and pulls out the pump leaving wires and pipes hanging with hottub still plugged into wall. When confronted he tells me he is taking back his pump and will pay us back what we have already paid. He then throws the pump into his truck and takes off without paying us. We had to call Sonora P.D. in order to get owner to give us a check for the $249 we already paid. These people in my opinion have unethical business practices and unlawfully came onto my property and removed the pump that was half paid for from my hottub. Please BEWARE. Dishonest!
