Sparkman Health Mart Pharmacy

This pharmacy and its employee's do not help their customers. They are not courteous. I have been hung up on multiple times all by the same employee (after being on hold for 22 minutes). They lie right to you. I have never in my life had a pharmacy not call you when there is a problem preparing your prescription or when your medication is ready for pick up. They do neither. This employee has a rude tone and bad attitude. When there is an issue, you yourself have to resolve it.. even though your insurance company is paying them to provide you service. They make mistakes and fail to acknowledge them. Will never ever use this pharmacy again. Not until there is a full staff change and under new ownership. If this was a one time problem, I would not be complaining. Its been going on for months and each time, its some excuse and lie. They also charged my insurance company and were PAID FOR for a prescription i never received. I do not recommend. They also bill your insurance TWICE for one medication in hopes you will not find out. They are scam artists and very very rude ones at that.
