Spirit of the Lake Yoga & Wellness Center's mission is to serve as a resource for yoga and yoga therapy, Ayurveda, yoga teacher training and holistic wellness services. Spirit of the Lake welcomes clients to a light-filled studio dedicated to group classes and workshops; and a private room for holistic health consultations and bodywork.
