My son and I went for his haircut today with our 3lb emotional support/service dog licensed/registered and were asked to leave. The dog is not allowed apparently. Even after I advised them he was a service/emotional support dog and offered proper credentials. They refused to look at the credentials Disgusting! Not sure if it can get worse until I was contacted by a rep for Sports Clips who offered no apology nor did they ask to see the dog's credentials to see if their staff performed correctly. I will report to the ADA. I tried to do the right thing and reach out to the franchise but clearly they lack empathy and respect for my rights.
