Poor Service:
They sent a slob and his troll to do the work. He dropped the windshield and busted a hole in my dash over the speaker cover. He said he would call Travis Casteel (owner? manager) about it. When I called the company number,Travis said he would order the part from Nissan. I have called and texted them over 3 times and have not heard back from Travis or anyone. I am SCREWED. I hate that. I would have probably split the cost of the repair with him and credited the $75 cash refund for the windshield, but I HATE being taken!!! GRRRRR. WATCH OUT. Just have your AUTHORIZED insurance replace your windshield.....it's not worth the money they give you for the repair. My insurance company won't get involved because it wasn't an authorized company, but they paid Travis (and won't tell me how much). Even now I would let him redeem himself if he would JUST CALL ME, but I am not holding my breath. Signed, Taken.
