The menu states that consuming raw or uncooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase a risk of food borne illness. We recommend you order your food well done. Order at your own risk....the previous negative rating could not be further from the truth! Springs Seafood is a brand spankin new restaurant in Miami Springs. Great food...grouper soup is my favorite! Cold beer (my husbands favorite) and an amazingly loving staff! I always feel like one of the family. As far as rats are concerned...they have an even cleaner back of the house than
many of the restaurants I've visited. But decide for yourself...the KEY LIME PIE is waiting for you! IT WAS FABULOUS...WE ARE ALREADY REGULARS! We park at the bank or on the street, or down the road. Parking is NOT an issue in the Springs. The walk is always worth it. :) Springsmr&mrs
