New Owners are ripoff artists:
Went for yearly diabetic exam,always covered by HNE insurance. Received a bill a month or so later for copay of $63 for a procedure that I never was told was extra! and they expect me to pay for it because my insurance allowed their 1/4 payment of it. The new owners Dr Robins decided to make this standard practice without consulting me before doing this unnecessary procedure.
