Established in 1940 by Jack Alger the Greenlake Spud Fish and Chip is the last privately owned Spud. We still use the origin...al recipes and our french fries are always fresh cut everyday! Every filet of our Alaskan Cod is hand-cut and we pride ourselves on serving fresh seafood.
