They are nasty using same tooth brushes on all animals and store smells badly.The store gives you a price and looks at your animals but will refuse payment until you come back to pick them up! I was told 60$ for two small dogs a simple bath and summer shave down. I returned to 100$ owed and a angry young groomer who refused to allow me to speak with the owner. They had never flea dipped and I have photos. they had no service given to add up to 40$ so I was told it was for EXTRA time with my dog? so illegal to charge and then HOLD the dogs in the back nasty grooming room until you pay the unapproved fee! The owner stated the 40$ extra amount was a cheaper rate anyways compared to other places so it was ok? WOW..next time I guess its 100$ extra for me being ungrateful for their lower then most illegal price hiking after service....you have been warned!!!
