I have stayed a loyal customer at Stadium Cleaners for many years, not only because of their quality service, but they have created a personal relationship with me throughout the years and that is something I value. When my daughter got married, I recommended taking her gown there for some alterations and she was nothing but impressed at a job well done and the speed at which it was finished. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality dry cleaning experience!

DON'T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I used this place to press my wedding dress. I picked it up the Friday before my Saturday wedding. I could see through the plastic that there were huge deep creases/wrinkles in the dress. I showed them to the clerk and asked for the manager but was told he/she weren't available until Monday. I went out to my car and wrote a letter to the management regarding this and asking them to call or email me. When I got home and uncovered my dress I found that not only were there deep creases where there weren't supposed to be but some of the pleating and folds that were part of the design of the dress were ironed out! I was devasted. I took pictures and emailed them to Stadium Cleaners that same night. I never got a response, let alone an apology, from this place. I resent my email a couple of months later to see if maybe they had just forgot. They never, ever replied to me. I know their email works because this is how I originally contacted them to get a quote. This place should be ashamed of themselves. The least they could've done is said they were sorry.

My wife and I were coming from out of town for our wedding, so we needed a place to press her dress before the big day. She called ahead and they quoted her a price that was reasonable, plus they could get it done in 24 hours. Well, I was able to pick it up in 24 hours... but not at the price they quoted, with an additional mark on the front of the dress! I asked about the exorbitant price they were charging for simply a press; they said that's what they charge. I had no choice but to pay their extortion. I guess additional dirt is an additional fee. STAY AWAY if you prefer honesty in your businesses.
