Since 1994 the company has been providing Retail - Glass, Leaded Or Stained.

I went to see Robert Lennox on 12/9/13 to have a hole drilled into a glass ashtray. It is now July and I have not been able to get my merchandise back nor has the job been completed. Each and every time I call no one answers the phone and eventually I get a call back with an excuse as to why he can't meet up with me or that he's out of town. Each and every time it's been one excuse after another, when I stated to him at this point all I want is my merchandise back...I don't even want him to complete the job.

Finally today July 8th (after 8 months) I finally got my merchandise back. Not only did he not show up on time as promised, but I was left making a bunch of threats regarding his property until he surfaced with my merchandise and refund. He then had the audacity to turn around and tell me he just got the drill bit to do the job. Trust me when I tell you, this man will be your biggest headache and will give you excuse after excuse as to why he can't meet you or complete the job. Look elsewhere!
