Stand and Paddle is recreational and competitive stand up paddle boarding (SUP). We provide paddleboard lessons, tours & outings and promote paddle events & races. We also offer SUP fitness training, race training, & paddle instruction to the Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort & Savannah areas.
