We purchased a $3,000 Refrigerator September 2020 and problems from keeping delivery appointments, to customer service issues on the appliance. I contacted their service and delivery department aproximately 10-12 times and NOBODY follows through or -up. To this day I have not received a single follow-up response. They do not deserve to be in business!!!
