I just had Angelo clean our carpets, and WOW!, was I impressed (and I'm not easily wowed). He went above and beyond what would normally be expected to get some very nasty stains out of our 25-year-old carpet that other techs had given up on. It actually looks new again. I consider him to be one of those dying breed of workers--he doesn't give up until the job is done right. Extremely rare these days. Not only was he an excellent worker, he was very respectful toward my husband and myself (another rarity). Stanley Steemer of Saginaw, you better hang on to this technician, treat him right, and pay a decent wage to keep him around a good long time.
