They have faulty furniture. Their service tech will come out and fix it but they will not work with you on times. They come out when it is conv to them and to them only. When they come out to fix your faulty furniture they do faulty work so the work they do ends up breaking again just for them to say opps its out of warranty now so you are out of luck. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their furniture WILL NOT LAST. I pay well over 3,000 for new furniture and so far every piece that I bought has had issue after issue. Now we are stuck and they are refusing to help! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The management will talk to you like they are helping you out but they just talk. Its all a front! I have already complained to the BBB and will I put as many warnings out about this company that I can to help other people! No one should have to experience this! I hope this business gets shut down~
