Beware of "deals":
Beware of places that offer you a "deal" like "eye exam and 2 pr of glasses." A good optomitrist knows how important anti glare (so your glasses don't reflect things behind you) and UV protection are extremely important. Before you know it, instead of charging you $68.00, you will be charged extra, and your wallet will be $171.00 lighter.I don't like bate and switches. I don't like advertising that doesn't disclose exactly what you are getting, which in this case, is the bare minimum. My daughter is terminally ill, and I live in Colorado. She needed new glasses. She is terminally ill & we pay her rent because she only gets $550.00/mo on SSDI. We are on a limited income, like most people out there. Taking care of your eyes is important, and this place knows it. They know how important it is to have both items I mentioned. If I were them, I would raise price and everything would be inclusive, so you'd know what you were getting. In this economy, we should expect honesty and integrity. That's something we didn't experience. Hidden costs should be advertised.
