We will bill almost all insurance companies directly. Some glass claims representatives (for their own nefarious reasons) will speak in ways to try to dissuade you from using a non member shop. This behavior is strictly prohibited by law as you have a right to use any company you choose. The insurance company must comply with your request and cooperate with the glass shop in settling your claim.
