September 2022- do not rent the vacant units at peyton plaza. There is a resident that is extremely violent and has assaulted multiple tenants and management does not care about protecting you. Violent tenant strangled a resident, has smashed in tail lights, has spit on multiple tenants, will try to intimate by screaming at you from her balcony, will bang on windows of neighbors in the middle of the night screaming about whi knows what, was beat with a shovel by a tenant she repeatedly harassed who had enough, and engages in domestic violence several nights a week with her also drunk partner. Completely unsafe. Do not deal mwith this company or this terrible place. Please, do not risk your safety

I have lived in Stark Firs for about 3 months. Sure- the area isn't prime real estate but the buildings are nice and so is my apartment. We had a problem tenant on my floor for about a month before he was asked to leave. I mind my own business so I don't notice if there is anything going on around here but I do know that it is very, very quiet. I forget that there are other people living around me it is so quiet. The management is very professional and very accommodating. I would recommend the place I live in to my parents. It is a nice place that is quiet with neighbors who are always glad to help out with anything at anytime. Probably the best part of living here is that my neighbors are very helpful. All of them-
