This is a great place to rent the staff is very friendly and helpful. Been here a couple of months. The security is great cameras everywhere and security guys is always checking on things. I even saw him stop some crack heads who had walked onto the property and looked real suspicious. He escorted them out of the area and keep his composure and was very professional even though they were being belligerent and making threats.

The maintenance guys works hard keeping the place clean and I have seen all the trash he has had to clean up after some of the inconsiderate people have moved out of their units leaving behind all their trash and junk.

I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

I rented for 18 months at $75 month, price was ok, BUT, If you are a Christian like myself having to deal with the owners and runners of this place will be a struggle, I am handicapped after a hang gliding accident and have to live on disability for the rest of my life and they know this and still they are stealing from me , The month I moved out I mistakenly paid that month on time thinking that like any other place I have rented from they would refund the unused days after I was out,,,no while I am moving out they bring me a broom and a note stating if you move out before the end of the month you give up the moneys paid that month, I moved out on 11-5-2015 so I paid the last $75 for the last 5 days rent ......the note also says you must sweep and remove any cob webs,I we did this and left it clean, Me being handicapped and driving a big moving truck that is not allowed any where near there office I send the guys from the Christian Moving Company I hired to help me to go to the office and drop there note and broom and tell them I will be back on a day that I can get to them with out braking rules ( if you go here you will find lots of rules and people to yell at you about ? I go back after a couple days to get me cleaning deposit another $75 ,,,they have changed my code to get in,but Im all paid up until December first? I call them, no answer it is open business hours, after a couple days I call and talk to Lea, she says they still need time to see if it is clean, yesterday I get a note in the mail keeping my cleaning deposit , says there was oil on the ground and not swept, I have witnesses that this is a bold face lie and they are stealing from me living on disability ,my last five days there now cost me $150. These people are not Christian or they could not do this, PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM BUT STAY CLEAR AWAY ,, I choose to let karma and God deal with them, and I pray that they find God and change there ways,I am Doug Prather at [email protected]

Rented here its is Really Strict which is good because the last place I had my unit was broken into. They keep a good Eye on everything, cameras everywhere. Security even stopped me when I came in with a different truck. It's strict so follow their rules and all is good. Very nice people and its clean.

They kept my deposit only because i didnt fill out a paper when I went to get my motor home out for the day.
They dont accept phone payments from credit or bank cards unless you are there in person the first time you want to use one. I'm a long haul truck driver, I cant be there in person and she should have told me all this when I dropped off my MH. But she purposely does not tell you info like this so that she can tag your account with huge late fees.
Also, she would not cash the check I sent because it was from a new account. I had to take all these late fees until i was back in town and in her office to make a payment. Hundreds of $ in late fees + keeping my deposit...not to mention her rude, cocky brand of customer service.
DON'T DO IT!!! RUN!!!
