My first specialization is deep tissue (also called Swedish) massage. I have other additional massage techniques that I can apply, including hot stone, acupressure or reflexology.
I still practice acupuncture and can provide herbs for my clients who request them, but I am choosing to focus more on massage at this time, seeking my own level of mastery of one thing at a time.

My job, which I love, is to work with my patients to find what hurts and to fix it. Chinese Medicine sees no barriers between mind and body, and so what heals one can heal the other.
