State Farm

Horrible customer service!!! They do great when you're getting insurance, but if you need to cancel, they refuse to respond to your requests. I sent four emails to Linda Tomlinson, none of which received a reply, trying to get my insurance cancelled. I finally had to call them (I was recording them) and threaten to sue them, to get the situation resolved. I would definitely not recommend...
