Don't trust them!:
Terrible lack of customer service, but their downfall is that they will jack up your rate anytime they see the chance to.
I was told by the agent herself that she didn't mind if I took my business elsewhere when she jacked up my rate without notice.
Not an insurance company you would want to do business with!
