They don't value their customers!!!:
I used to frequent this shop for repairs, batteries, and other products related to both licensed radios and my Sprint cell phones. My family has a business that had been using them for licensed radios for at least 15 years, if not more. We were always treated well. I was really happy with the tech there. One day I came in to get my phone fixed because I had broke it again and the owner's son decided to act like a self-important jerk to me. When I told him that he was acting in a manner that I didn't appreciate he told me that he didn't care. I left, purchased a different phone from Sprint. When I called about a week later to talk to the owner about it I think I got the same person because he acted like a jerk and it sounded like the same person. He told me that he didn't care. I then recommended to the organizations that I work with that they discontinue working with that shop. They all stopped working with this place and my family dropped them as well. They lost at least 9 large customers because of this incident. 15 years of loyalty flushed because of an individual who clearly doesn't appreciate his customers. I can't believe they could afford to act that way to a loyal customer. Lets add to the dishonesty that they have. They have removed their old listings that had bad reviews. This company is terrible with horrible attitudes. Stay away from them.
