Steer Hogs is a family owned and operated BBQ restaurant specializing in smoked meats. The process begins with selecting our cuts of pork, beef, ribs and chicken. We dry rub our meats with a blend of spices and slow cook them in our hardwood smokers for hours only to deliver the best BBQ.
