Worst Service with lot of Attitude and Costly:
Worst Auto service guys you never wanted in your life. One of my friend referred this guy and I took my car to him as battery was dead. He mentioned battery is weak and needs to be replaced. I asked to replace the batter and he mentioned that he put the best batter than dealers too. I take the car back to home after one week my car starts to loose battery again and I call this guy, he says jump start it and bring it back. He looks at the car and says nothing wrong no leak. I take it back home next day i had to jump start again. I had to take four times still they couldn't fix it on top all the rude behavior and reckless answers. two time i had to call towing company to jump start my car. Finally i took it to Honda dealer and they mentioned some wire was tampered on the + terminal and they fixed it. Totally I spend 300% cost than replacing the battery. The worst part is that the way workers behave out there and they have 0% customer care.
I wanted write this review two months earlier, I thought I will give benefit of doubt for first incident. Yesterday I took it for Oil change and they said come before 9 AM as we are busy now. Today I took it for oil change around 8.30 AM, they say leave the car here if you want Oil change to be done or take it back home. I can’t not do it now and there is only two people with same old attitude. I informed about this to my friend and now he also says that he replaced brakes and rotor with this guy and within 3 months they are gone and he is not happy about it too.
SIMPLY THEY DON’T CARE.LOOKS LIKE THEY GET MORE CUSTOMERS; I HOPE SOON THEY REALIZE THEIR MISTAKES.
