I ordered some stack stone from them to reface the front of my house in july. was told 7-10 day turn around before it was shipped. finally received completed order in October. charged my credit card $300 more than what they quoted me. made several complaints along the way and got every excuse in the book. a different story every time. they even claimed they accidently shipped it to the wrong state once, but would make no attempt to right any wrongs even after admitting they messed up. calls and messages go unanswered with no call backs. check with the better business bureau and read the complaints. they're all very similar. the stone quality is not that great either. their website says the color is blended throughout, but it is not. the color is just on the surface of the stones, so once it wears off, all you have is exposed aggregate. this company is nothing but a scam. beware

I found the nice website by doing a search for stone veneer. Having spoken with "John", I ordered some veneer for a new house that I am building. John took my credit card number, etc., which is usual, and advised that they were running about 2 weeks behind. Now, 9 weeks later, my credit card has been charged for 1/3 of the purchase price, I have no veneer, and all that I get from John is delaying answers. My conclusion is that Stonecreek Veneers probably made some veneer at first, but now is only in the business of scamming people out of their money. I have given up on getting a refund or any veneer from this business. BTW, it appears that Stonecreek Veneer is also doing business as Laurel Mountain Stone Works, which is at the same address in Smock, PA
