RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AT YOU CAN!!!!! The worst customer service, I ever experienced in my life. I have lived all over the world and never seen the type of customer service I experience here. Everyone in this office need to be retained in customer service and how to deal with customer. No professionalism. I had a move out inspection schedule and the Manger left work early because they were sick, which is understandable, but no one notified/called me of to reschedule. I waited for 1 hour before I went to the office to find out she went home for the day. The young lady at the front desk foster a bad attitude and the first thing she said was "I am not a Manager" instead of saying I am sorry for the inconvenience and we regret that we forgot to call you and tell you that the inspection was canceled. After that I was told to just leave my key at the front desk and you can move without having an inspection. How unprofessional is that. I had several issues with the monthly billing statement and when you go to the office to ask questions you're always told we'll take a look at the issue and get back with you. This never happened or they tell you it's because you were late on your rent. Which is impossible when your making monthly recurring payments. How do you expected to remain in business if you continue to treat your tenants poorly. To top that off the grounds are always dirty, trash is always overflowing and garbage is everywhere, equipment in the gym is always broken and unsafe and when reported nothing is ever done to fix equipment in the gym is always broken and unsafe and when reported nothing is ever done to fix the equipment there is a broken treadmill that I have reported twice to the front office and it's a year later that same treadmill is still broken and to top it off people break rules here all the time and nothing never happens to them and we have a security guard that walk around who does nothing because crime still happens here. NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE YOU. OVERALL I GIVE THIS PROPERTY A 1 STAR FOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTENACE OF THE PROPERTY.
