Stonemill Property Management

I have been renting from them for over 20 years now and on (2) occasions they lost my check and then charged me a late fee. After resending another bank check they cashed it and then found my check and tried to cash it and then I got charged another fee for a returned check. I even had my bank lady call them and explained to them that this was not the fault of the bank or mine, but in the end she said, he owes it end of conversation . The owners show no compassion for anyone, not even during our recent pandemic. Not people I like to do business with, but I live in one of there mobile home parks and I am stuck here and will have to put up with there rudeness and lack of compassion for me and my wife. Do not move into any of there rental properties, you will regret it, believe me you will. Their rules and reulations will not be to your liking.
