They came out to take measurements to do a bid. They said it would take about a week and half to get back. I finally reached out after three weeks and left a voicemail. Left another voicemail a week after that and again the following week. I finally called the Vancouver number and he said I'd have the bid the next day. Five days later I called back and they said I'd have it later that week. Three weeks later I called the Portland number again and no answer (I must have tried that number a dozen times with no answer). Today, I called the Vancouver number and was pretty strong that I wanted a call right away. They FINALLY called me back and he told me this was a "courtesy call" to say that they were too busy right now. I get that, but would've been nice to know that two months ago.

All in all, they seem like nice guys, and maybe they're better at customer service if they care about your business. My bad for being patient for two months.
